Big Listening

If we can readily match social media handles to the voter file at scale, then we can conduct “big listening” operations to find out what voters are talking about online. That data can then be incorporated into canvassing operations and the like. Civitech attempted to build such a tool but found difficulty in adoption, due to the overall organizing experience.
